Dr. Fabrice Tonfack Djikeng is the Director of CUIB Douala Satellite campus and Dean of the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources in the same institution. He is also a Faculty of Biochemistry/Nutrition and Food Security in same school where he has been working since 2016.  

Dr. Fabrice is very active in research. He is an expert in Lipid Science and Technology and has carried out several studies in Food Processing and Preservation. He is the author and co-author of more than 25 research articles, published in internationally recognized Journals with good impact factors and quotations. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Food Stability and Associate Editor of the World Journal of Agriculture and Soil Science (WJASS).  He has participated to several national and international conferences where he presented his research work with distinctions.

In 2014, he was selected for the CV Raman International Fellowship for African Researcher in India, where he carried-out research projects with experts in the stabilization of edible oils with natural antioxidants for three month at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology. In 2015, he was selected for the TWAS (The World Academy of Science)-CSIR (Council for Scientific and Industrial Research) Fellowship for Postgraduate Research and went back to India for six months where he carried out several research projects on the stabilization of oils, some food compositions and the impact of storage conditions on food quality. He is a young prominent with 85 citations (Google Scholar), h-index: 6 and i10-index: 4 since 2014
